How it works
- 1Register your company with your work email. We verify and approve within one working day.
- 2Post your vacancies and browse the talent pool.
- 3Request candidates you like. Skill Park checks their interest and shares contact details.
- 4Interview and hire. Pay the placement fee only after the candidate joins.
Placement terms
- Placement fee: 50% of the selected candidate's first month's gross salary, payable only after the candidate joins.
- No fee for browsing the talent pool or posting vacancies.
- Skill Park reviews every request and shares candidates' contact details only with their consent.
- Candidates you hire through Skill Park must be reported to us within 7 days of their joining date.
