Who we are

Skill Park (“we”, “us”) provides IT and software services, programming training and recruitment support, with offices in Erode and Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through skillpark.org.

Information we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, phone number, what you are interested in, and your message.
• How you reached our website, such as the page you were on, the referring website and campaign tags in the link (for example, from an advertisement).
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and improve it.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To provide the services, training or recruitment support you request.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve our website and marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and messaging providers), when required by law, or, for recruitment, with employers as described under Job profiles and applications below.

Job profiles and applications (Skill Park Placements)

• If you create a job profile and agree to be found, verified employers can see your job details (skills, experience, education, preferred locations, expected salary) with your first name, an age range (such as 21–25) and gender. Your photo is shown only if you allow it. You can turn these off, hide your profile or delete it at any time under My job profile.
• Your full name, photo, phone number, email and resume are shared with a company only when you apply to its job or accept its interview call letter. The apply box tells you this before you apply.
• Employers on Skill Park agree to hire only for their own company and not to copy or pass candidate details to anyone else. Resumes we share are marked with the company's name.
• Companies see how many times their jobs were viewed and shared. These counts are anonymous: they don't say who viewed or shared a job.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secured servers and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@skillpark.org.
